    • there is a technical issue from our side that could not be resolved.

  • Refunds are not applicable if the service or product has been successfully delivered, accessed, or used.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must:

  • Provide a valid reason for the request, and

  • Submit any required proof related to the issue.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Method & Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method, including
    JazzCash,
    EasyPaisa,
    SadaPay, or
    NayaPay.

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 working days, depending on the payment provider.

Right to Refuse Refund

We reserve the right to approve or reject any refund request if it does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
